These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Support Team ("we," "us," or "the Provider"), the developer and operator of the mobile application "18+ Truth or Dare" (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, access, or use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The App contains mature, sexually suggestive, and adult-themed content intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly permit use of the App by anyone under 18, and accounts or activity found to violate this requirement may be terminated without notice.
18+ Truth or Dare is a party game application designed for entertainment purposes between consenting adults. The App provides truth questions, dare challenges, matchmaking between players, and tools for creating custom content for use during gameplay. The App is intended for casual, recreational use and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium content and features, including the following plans:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and you will be charged the renewal price unless you cancel.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device, after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law.
The App allows users to create custom truth and dare cards ("User Content"). User Content you create is stored locally on your own device only and is not transmitted to, collected by, or stored on our servers, nor is it shared with other users or third parties.
You are solely responsible for any User Content you create. You agree not to create content that is illegal, involves minors in any way, depicts non-consensual acts, or violates the rights of any third party. We have no ability to access, review, or moderate User Content since it remains entirely on your device, and we disclaim all liability arising from User Content you or other users create.
The App is intended for entertainment between consenting adults who voluntarily choose to participate. You agree to use the App responsibly, to respect the boundaries and consent of all participants, and to allow any player to skip or decline any prompt at any time without pressure. You agree not to use the App to harass, coerce, exploit, or harm any person.
All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and software included in the App, other than User Content, are owned by or licensed to the Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, relationships, or personal harm, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including content generated or exchanged during gameplay. Your use of the App and participation in any activity it suggests is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
In no event shall the Provider's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is designed solely for entertainment between consenting adults. Nothing in the App constitutes professional, medical, psychological, or relationship advice. Participation in any truth, dare, or challenge is entirely voluntary, and any player may decline or skip a prompt at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time without liability to you.
